The Parents and Friends Association is an active and dynamic element of MVAC and over the years has contributed in large part to the college and college community, both socially and financially, and continues to do so.
It also provides a valuable link between family and college for receiving and discussing information about the college and its activities.
The P & F Association meets at the College at 7.30pm on the 3rd Tuesday of each month (excluding December and January) to support the students through organising social events, fundraising activities and development opportunities for staff and parents, such as movie premier nights, musical evenings and other activities. In 2008, the P&F initiated a Textbook Hire Scheme for all Secondary students, thus dramatically reducing the cost of textbooks for parents.
All parents and friends are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
